Marlin Model 1895 in 45-70 Government caliber with a five-round capacity and a 22" barrel. JM Stamped. Smooth Walnut stock with a composite butt plate. Blued hand lever, untextured trigger, receiver, hammer, magazine tube, and barrel. Rear adjustable and front fixed blade sights. It is fitted with a Marlin 3-9 X32 Model 825A rifle scope with clear glass and a duplex reticle.

Good condition, possibly unfired, but has been improperly stored with a few spots of rust pitting on the right side of the receiver, and a small area on the tip of the barrel. (SEE PICTURES) This will in no way interfere with the functionality of the rifle. This one is serial # B000918 and was manufactured in 1972 making it 52 years old. I have it priced at cost so no discounts will be given on this rifle.
